A full financial story

Your expert routinely categorizes transactions and reconciles accounts in QuickBooks. They’ll even run personalized reports each month and ensure a clear picture of your business performance and accurate records.

Confidence in the details

Your bookkeeper makes sure your books are accurately closed each month so you’re ready for tax time.

Start with a clean slate

During your first month, an expert sets you up for success by going through your past books line by line and bringing them up to date. This includes a detailed review of your chart of accounts to ensure all historic transactions are correctly organized.

What’s Not Included in Full-Service Bookkeeping?

Full-Service Bookkeeping doesn’t include sending invoices, paying bills, or management of inventory, accounts receivable, or accounts payable. The service doesn’t include financial advisory services, tax advice, facilitating the filing of income or sales tax returns, creating or sending 1099s, or management of payroll. QuickBooks Online offers these services for an additional cost.

What’s Included In Full-Service Bookkeeping?

QuickBooks Live Full-Service Bookkeeping includes three service phases: setup, ongoing bookkeeping, and month-end close.

In the setup phase, your Tax & Accounting Professionals bookkeeper helps you set up your chart of accounts, connect your banks, and teach you the basics of QuickBooks. If you have information in QuickBooks already, your bookkeeper will help create a plan to get it cleaned up.

As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts each month.

At the end of each month, your bookkeeper closes your books and confirms they’re accurate by preparing a trial balance. They then send you PDF copies of key financial reports, including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

How Much Time Do I Get With My Bookkeeper Each Month?

There’s no set amount of time you get per month. Small businesses often schedule video appointments once or twice per month to discuss questions and to review month-end results. You’re limited to one scheduled appointment at a time and appointments have to work within your bookkeeper’s schedule. Communications that are available any time include document sharing and live chat with a member of your bookkeeper’s extended team.

There Is No Contract, Right?

That’s right. There’s no contract or commitment. You’re free to switch plans or cancel any time.

I Already Have QuickBooks On-Line

Existing customers with 2 or more months of historical data in QuickBooks Online are charged a $500 cleanup and onboarding fee for the first month of service. This fee covers the cost of the services necessary to complete cleanup within 30 days of your document submission. A certified bookkeeper will help import, categorize, and reconcile your historical data starting from the date of your most recent business tax return.

After the first month of service, a QuickBooks Bookkeeper will perform monthly bookkeeping services.
